Glute Bands 2.0
Introducing our new and improved bands: Glute Band 2.0. Available in two colors (with different levels of resistance), these bands are just what you need to mix things up during your at-home workouts or warm-up/accessory movements in the gym.
The Glute Band 2.0 is softer, more comfortable, and gives a longer/more consistent flex than our previous versions. Material is a woven fabric with two thin rubber strips to help prevent slipping and rolling. Be sure to buy the appropriate size or grab the bundle (one of each band), depending on your training goal!
Blue Band (26"): Light resistance (15-35 lbs)
This band perfect for banded squat and hip thrust variations like banded squats, goblet squats, banded hip thrusts, glute bridges, etc.
Black Band (26"): Medium resistance (25-45 lbs)
Best for glute activation exercises and dynamic warm-ups. This size is perfect for high resistance banded lateral walks, monster walks, clamshells and more.
