Small (28"): We developed this specific size to work best for glute activation exercises and dynamic warm-ups. This size is perfect for high resistance banded lateral walks, monster walks, clamshells and more.
Large (32"): The larger glute band is perfect for banded squat and hip thrust variations like banded squats, goblet squats, banded hip thrusts, glute bridges, etc.
