Return Policy

Hi there! If you need to consider a return or exchange, please consider the following for eligibility. 

• For both Returns and Exchanges, items must be unused/unworn and sent back within 30 days of purchase.
• International orders are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
• Items from the "Last Chance" or "Sale" collection are final sale.
• All items must be returned in their original plastic or kraft packaging

For Exchanges:
Place an order for the new items you would like. Please email us at support@heaviko.com with both new and old order numbers to confirm your exchange request once eligibility has been confirmed.

Once the new order has been placed, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send back the returned items. A refund will be processed as soon as the returned items are received. While we're unable to refund shipping costs from your original order, and you'll pay for shipping on the new item, the return shipping is free.

For Returns:
Please send the items you wish to return to the address below and we will process a refund as soon as the returned items are received. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not something we're able to refund.
